1.地點離夜市近，但又不在夜市裡面，比較安靜。 2.有自己的停車場，免費停，離民宿又很近。 3.有電梯，雖然不大，但夠用。

1.床太軟 2.超過半夜12點樓上還在蹦蹦跳跳。 3.聽得到隔壁民宅的電視聲，但不大。(民宿在一排連棟房中間，一邊是有住人的民宅，一邊是荒廢的民宅)
