Nice clean rooms, good location
Had paid street parking, around 5 SAR per hour. There was very limited parking inside the premises.

I arrived about three hours before the scheduled check-in time. The staff were very welcoming, and since a room was available, they let me check in immediately without making me wait. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything was well organized, beautifully maintained, and felt fresh. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
The only minor issue was that the staff's English proficiency was limited, which sometimes made communication a little difficult. Other than that, everything was excellent.
