Great place, with lot of space, large rooms, 3 bathrooms. Can accomodate 8 people. All new furniture, sparkling clean. Parking available. Very easy to reach from Aachen. Close to the Carolus Therme. Easy communication with the owner. Highly recommended, we will use it again next year for Xmas market visit in Aachen.

Not much negative about it. Maybe only that the house was quite cold the evening we arrived, but got warm in the morning. Thick duvets were provided, so not a big problem after all.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Apartment. Empfehlenswert.

Sauberkeit, neue und schöne Einrichtung, großer Esstisch, Dekoartikel im Haus, bequeme Betten, die Anzahl und Ausstattung der Bäder, großer Kühlschrank, schöne Küche mit Spülmaschine, nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, kleiner Außenbereich mit Grill. Gute Lage. Es gab eine Flasche Wein zum Empfang.

Es gab 5 Doppelbetten, die auf 3 Zimmer aufgeteilt waren. Das ist praktisch für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Erwachsene Besucher wünschen sich eher einzelne Zimmer mit nur einem Doppelbett. Es gab nur 1 Schlüssel.

Ja visu kopumā ņem. Lieliska vieta kur atpūsties ģimenei.. viss pa rokai. Tīrs un kārtīgs. Gultas ērtas, katram salikts dvieļu komplekts. Pat mazgāšanas līdzekļi.. un nav jāstāv rindā pie vienas dušas vai toletes, jo to tur bija trīs.. pārsteidza.. paldies īpašniekiem par brīnišķīgo villu

Vienīgais , ka gribējās pasēdēt uz terases.. bet terasē nebija ne galds, ne krēsli... Tas ir vienīgais tāds mazs mīnuss

Schöne große Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Schöne große Ferienwohnung mit viel Schlafmöglichkeit direkt in Alsdorf. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür (schmale Einfahrt). Alles vorhanden zum Kochen und gemütliches Zusammensein mit Familie/Freunde. Wie besprochen war der Schlüssel im abgesprochen Fach, mit Code gesichert.

Als wir in der Unterkunft ankamen, war die Wohnung komplett kalt. Wir mussten erst einmal sämtliche Heizungen aufdrehen. Da Fußheizung in der Wohnung ist, dauerte es sehr lange bis es warm wurde. Wir haben auch sehr viele Mängel gefunden. Die Whirlpoolwanne (worauf ich mich sehr gefreut habe), war defekt, da die Bedienfläche nicht nutzbar war. Bei der zweiten Dusche in der oberen Etage, konnte man die Duschtür nicht richtig schließen. Spalt im oberen Bereich der Tür. Bei der Spüle in der Küche, konnte man den Abschluss nicht schließen (Stöpsel defekt).

Perfekt für unseren Silvesteraufenthalt; gepflegtes, großzügiges Haus mit idealer Ausstattung.

Wir verbrachten über Silvester (30.12. bis 01.01.2025) mit 5 Personen (2 Paare und eine Einzelperson) einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Drita. Das Haus, das sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt, war in einem tadellosen Zustand – sehr gepflegt, hervorragend ausgestattet und bot mehr als genug Platz für uns alle. Der großzügige Esstisch war perfekt für unser Raclette und trug wesentlich zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre bei. Besonders schön war auch das gemeinsame Anstoßen auf das neue Jahr vor dem Haus. Dabei wurden wir von den sehr freundlichen Nachbarn herzlich aufgenommen und haben mit ihnen gemeinsam auf 2025 angestoßen. Die Vermieter waren grossartig: extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit, bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort und stets schnell erreichbar bei Fragen. Man spürte, dass sie großen Wert auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste legen; Sie haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Die Lage des Hauses war ebenfalls ideal: Nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt befinden sich zwei Kinos, und nach 5 Minuten erreicht man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie einen lokalen Bäcker, der frische Brötchen und alles für ein leckeres Frühstück bietet. Wir können die Villa Drita uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
