The location, the view from the roof. My room is small bit it works, and bed is comfortable. Filtered water for shower. Filtered water dispenser. Free coffee. Quiet.

There are so mosquitoes on the ground floor!!! I notice there is a pond of sorts next to the kitchen. I got devoured i. The kitchen then the downstairs bathroom. I urger owner to drain that water. I stayed in small room with shared bathroom. The shower and toilet are both o. The ground floor where the rooms are upstairs so it's a bit inconvenient. There is also no stool nor chair to sit when putting on pants. The showroom. If you are not physically fit, book a room with attached bathroom.

Very nice small hotel with a shared kitchen that I used every morning for breakfast . Easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go.

Staff not super friendly but tbey made sure that everything was clean and comfortable and well organized

Location and friendly people

Great little spot with very friendly hosts. Nice location close to the malecon, but still nice a quiet. Room was simple, clean, and comfortable - exactly what I was looking for. The rooftop view is also lovely. I stayed here twice, and would absolutely stay here again!
