Fantastic location, easy to get to the beach near Mantarays if too windy for Ningaloo. Huge bedrooms, kids loved playing in the pool when the UV made the beach difficult. Great kitchen, views, aircon - we had a lovely stay.

The property was spacious for the five of us who stayed. It was also very clean with some useful starters such as dishwasher tabs and coffee pods. The location is good, though we should have rented a car as the walk to town is substantial.
The weakest point was the quality of the beds, and our bedding which comprised an uncovered old and thin doona and a bottom sheet which was heavily marked. I also found having to wait for an SMS with key pickup details at checkin time to be stressful as I was too dependent on this single action so late in the day. The communication from landlord during the stay was heavy on instructions as to what we had to comply with and thin on welcome language.
