You'll be hooked when you stay at Hooked, with the best ocean views in Exmouth! And now with a new Jetty this really is the house with everything.
Amazing four bedroom, two bathroom, home. Overlooking the canal waters towards the ranges, perfect for the afternoon sunsets. This home has a swimming pool and Free Wifi.
The Main bedroom has a king bed, and the two double rooms have queen size beds. In a very large fourth bedroom are 2 x 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeping 4-6, (the bunks have doubles on the bottom and singles on the top).
The two main bathrooms are huge with double showers, double vanities, and there is an additional powder room downstairs as well.
Downstairs is the main living expanse, with open plan massive kitchen, extensive living space, laundry with two washing machines all overlooking your outside entertaining area and fully fenced swimming pool.
Upstairs is the adults retreat, with bar area and pool table. Additional lounge seating and another television. Great verandah area with the best ocean views over the Exmouth Town Beach.
This property is directly across the road from the pathway access to Town Beach, and a very short walk to Mantarays Resort and the Exmouth Game Fishing Club.
There is a large utility room with additional fridge, two washing machines and masses of storage. Great access to the pool, with views from the kitchen so to keep an eye on the kids. This property is not fully fenced, please consider this if you are holidaying with small children.
The jetty is available for your use and is rated for a boat mooring of Max. 15m but must be tied up to the mooring rings at the mooring piles only at all times and not tied to the jetty.
Hooked has free Wifi for guests. We ask that you use for 'domestic' purposes only (ie checking emails etc) and you don't download large files and abuse the privilege. Data usage will be slowed or cut off completely should guests be exceeding 'normal' daily allowances.
All linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels have been provided. Please do not take these towels to the beach and ensure they are left at the property on your departure.
This property is self contained. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed. This property is not fully fenced, and the inside staircase is open, please consider this if you are holidaying with small children.
Please note: No pets are allowed on this property. Provisioning is not provided. The owners car will be parked in the garage.
Parties are not permitted under any circumstances at this property. Guests will be evicted and the booking cancelled with no refund should we determine that a party is being held at this property. Please call the office prior to booking should you wish to discuss this further.

To recap we had a very nice family stay at “hooked” and as stated the facility provided was very good and as advertised but the cleanliness and maintenance at the property seems to need some improvement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break in Exmouth - and 'Hooked' helped make it that much better. Well set out, with a great kitchen & meals prep area (there were 10 of us; and we mainly cooked and ate at home) - the canals at the back, and from the front door, cross the road to a footpath leading you to Town Beach.
The pool had a shade cloth that made the water very cold - so the young children didn't enjoy it as much as they hoped.
The facilities are great - so it was a very comfortable break - Thank you!
