Apartments size is great, nice view from the window. Thanks for water supply, I didn't have to worry about it on the evening. Good shopping mall next to the hotel.
Internet is very slow, would be happy too see improvements. Tv could have more channels.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in China for a work trip- staff very friendly and comfortable, quiet rooms. Really recommend executive lounge access as a very generous dinner and drinks package with daily variety included which was very useful after a long work day.

Very kind staff, nice location, great room size, clean and comfortable. The concierge on our last day Lucas was extremely helpful and organized luggage storage for us in another part of the city so we could make the most of our final day in Shenzen. Staff will go above and beyond to help. If I ever come back to Shenzen it will be the only place I will stay!
