    The room is generally clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only deficiency is no cutlery such as forks or knife available for western breakfast meal. Only chopsticks are available. It is really challenging to do butter/jam spread on the toasts and pick up cherry tomatoes.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Shenzhen. Its prime location near the train station made it incredibly convenient to access public transport and explore the city. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and provided clear communication throughout my stay. If you arrive hungry, there's a fantastic wonton shop right beside the hotel lobby—so good that I went there twice during my 2-day, 1-night stay! The purpose of my trip was to visit relatives in China, and my uncle suggested a visit to Guangzhou as well. Because of this change, I had to cancel one night of my 3-day, 2-night booking made through Agoda. The hotel staff were very understanding and even guided me through the process of getting a refund for the remaining night. Their professionalism and flexibility really impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, whether for business or leisure. Its location, excellent service, and customer-friendly policies make it a top choice!

    1) aircon keep 24 degree, it will be on if cooler, off if hotter, surrounding on n off sound whole night, CANNOT SLEEP WELL 2) bit smell inside shower 3) water inside shower cannot be gone smoothly, there are always water during shower 4) fan problem inside toilet, air could not be drawn away 5) bed ok , pillow bit hard ( personally ) 6) room spacing are great!
