The view and The facility
The landline phone in my residence was not working since day 1 until I checked out and the front desk never pick up their official landline phone.
I can only reach them from WhatsApp, but the reply sometimes very slow.
the residence is 10 minutes walk to the hotel so we need to go there by shuttle bus to the hotel for breakfast or go to other facility such as gym, resto and kids club, so we have to go there by shuttle bus specially when its raining.
sometimes the response was prompt but most of the time they didn’t reply at all, so I have to WhatsApp call the front desk just to call a shuttle bus.
