La Costa Est Villa con Vista Mare in Ogliastra Sardegna

Excellent place to stay on the east of Sardegna. Spacious rooms equipped with air-condititioning. Beatiful garden with a sea-view and beds to watch the stars. Shower and water hose in the garden to refresh yourself. Beatiful long beach just 500m down from the house, free space or to rent. Possibilty to go down by car and leave it near the beach for free. The house is refurbished and extremely clean, the only small problem is that the rooms' and baths' locks are not working (the usual problem of those wall-hiding doors). Excellent check-in and -out service and very responsible and attentive host. Very good air flow so we used the air-conditioning only in the upper bed-room and very briefly, even though it was 30+ temperatures throughout. At the end we consumed just the free limit of air-condition electricity for our one-week stay. Very good mini-market close to the house with competitive prices (no need to go to Terentia for shopping). A bar right 300m below the house. The garbage collection system is typical of whole Sardegna where you must put out the bins with various garbage types and they are picked up according to the weekly schedule - so this is not the hosts' caprice as some reviewers claim. Excellent hiking opportunities in the area.

Lokalizacja cudowna, dla osób poszukujących spokojnego miejsca. Domek otaczają piękne góry, od drugiej strony piękny widok na morze. Do plaży 7 min pieszo, odwiedziliśmy kilka innych plaż na wschodzie Sardynii, ale ta miejscowa podobała nam się najbardziej (nie główna plaża, tylko Dispensa). Domek w porządku, jedna sypialnia na parterze, wszystkie pozostałe w piwnicy gdzie jest trochę chłodniej. Nie przekroczyliśmy limitu klimatyzacji (6 osób, 9 nocy) - włączaliśmy tylko w sypialniach przed snem aby się ochłodziło. Licznik jest dostępny więc można kontrolować zużycie.

Rozczarowało mnie dość ubogie wyposażenie- ekspres do kawy, ale bez powitalnych kapsułek, brak ściereczki, gąbki do naczyń, worków na śmieci. Konieczna jest segregacja i wywóz nieczystości w ostatnim dniu pobytu tego co pozostanie. To sporo niedogodność jeśli ktoś się będzie spieszył. Mieliśmy również problem z mrówkami, nie można było zostawić żadnego jedzenia na wierzchu. Brak czajnika, ale podobno Włosi rzadko ich używają 🙂 Kuchnia za mała jak na domek do 8 osób.
