From the beginning befor we arrive the communication was very clear, they send us a link for online check in and once we arrived the check in took less than 5 minutes. The staff were extremely kind to us. Amazing views. Elevator in the building. And nearby grocery and pizza place. The air conditioning worked very well.

No mosquito net. Check out at 9 am is very early, even though they mentioned it but I didn't notice at the time of booking. But even with these remarks I would still come again.

Excellent, absolutely excellent-this was the best and most worthwhile hotel I stayed at during my entire trip across Europe. The view is stunning, with distant mountains visible from the balcony. The room is spacious, clean, and well-organized, complete with a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; when I mentioned needing a bottle of oil, they immediately prepared it for me. The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from Ortisei, with convenient parking right outside. There's also a large supermarket just steps away. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the Dolomites.
