About this apartment rental

Solmar II is a residential complex of 20 low-rise apartments of three storeys (without lift) of low density, family-friendly and modern. It has 1,000 m2 of gardens, swimming pool and underground parking. Located just 40 m from the beach, with spacious east-facing terraces, overlooking the pool and landscaped areas. All apartments include washing machine, microwave and TV.



On the 2nd floor, two double bedrooms (with ceiling fans), one full bathroom, a shower-toilet, kitchen with American bar, laundry-gallery, living-dining room and terrace. Garage included in the price.

NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty).

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!



Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.



The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

La comodidad del piso y sus zonas comunes. Sólo una cosa que ayudaría a la excelencia. En la habitación de las 3 cama (literas y cama auxiliar) la cama auxiliar suena muchísimo. Sería bueno revisarla para que el descanso sea óptimo.
