"TAMARIS beach" is located in the most commercial area of Xeraco Beach (central zone), with South orientation, and 80 meters from the Beach.Seven-storey building with elevator, swimming pool with shallow area and Venetian stairs, landscaped areas and optional covered parking spaces.The ground floor is open and common, providing access to the pool and landscaped common areas.All apartments have a spacious terrace, with LIMITED sea views from the fourth floor onwards. They are equipped and furnished with a high level of functionality, ideal for practical and comfortable holidays. All are provided with washing machine, microwave, TV and WIFI service.This apartment located on the first floor has two double bedrooms, one bathroom (with bathtub), kitchen, gallery and living room with access to a spacious terrace with views of the common areas, pool and mountains. Capacity 4 people.Apartments do not have cleaning products, staff or household items.The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season. The water entry slope on the shore is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms and rivers.YOUNG GROUP ARE NOT ADMITTED (under thirty years old).Pets are allowed upon request, maximum weight 10 kg. supplement 7 €/night (maximum weight 10kg). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels. Includes bed linen change every two weeks. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, don't forget to bring them!Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Prior to key collection, a deposit of 150 € will be deposited, which will be returned after apartment review, and if the company deems it appropriate, up to 48 hours after evacuation.
