During our stay, we tried the entire breakfast menu(8 days)
The fruits were really delicious. The surroundings are beautiful, and it’s in a great location.
The staff were friendly and helped us even in impossible situations. (We let them know too late that we wanted a breakfast package for the next morning. Still, they put together a small fruit package for us.

Loved the ambience of the property. It was like a gracious Plantation House out of the 1800’s.
It was private and secure and close to some places we enjoyed going.
We bought bus cards hoping we could easily and inexpensively navigate the bus system. We failed a few times! Once we waited almost an hour for a bus just to take us to a restaurant a little too far to walk for dinner.
We were only provided coffee for the first day. After that we had to buy what we needed. We did expect coffee daily, as hotels in the U.S. provide daily. We did buy our needs for self catering most meals as expected,

The room, breakfast and view were really good, the washroom was clean and the bus stop was literally right across the street. Overall a great stay.
Everything was great except for the reception lady. Our flight was delayed for 24 hours without notice and we could not change it because of the ETA rules in Seychelles. They do not offer a one night stay which we completely understand, and she even told us to cancel and that we would get a full refund, so we are not blaming her for that. The issue happened after we checked in. I remember it was 10:06am and breakfast ended at 10:00am. We asked if we could still have breakfast since we were paying for two nights but staying only one night and it was just a six minute difference, but she said no. Usually breakfast stays open for another thirty to forty minutes everywhere as far as I know, so this felt unnecessary. Most of the babushkas we met in Seychelles were similar, although we did meet some wonderful ones too. When we checked out she was happy and nice, but what happened, happened and we had to share it so it may improve for future guests. Aside from that one incident, all the other staff were very nice and the next morning the breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall it was still a good stay.
