Appliances consist of oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, two hairdryers, Smart TV with Sky Movies and Sports, and Bluetooth stereo. There is an enclosed garden with furniture, in-ground trampoline, and hot tub on request at a 100 GBP supplement paid directly to the owner, and off-road parking. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with highchair, travel cot and stairgate on request (please bring linen).
