There is also a family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, in addition to a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen area, a separate sitting room, a utility and a conservatory. To the outside you will find off-road parking for 10 cars and a garden with a hot tub. No Stag/hen or similar, no groups under 25 years of age. Cadwgan is superb base for a family gathering.

Within the town you will find two beaches that sit between Trecregyn and Fathgarreg, as well as a seaside café, fish and chip shop and a friendly pub serving good food and drinks. Within close reach is the Wales Coast Path, which is ideal for exploring the coastline whilst nearby Cardigan houses a wealth of hops, tea rooms, restaurants, pubs, and bustling markets.
