Cadwgan is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Aberporth. It houses five bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite, a king-size double, a double, a second-floor twin and a second-floor king-size. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, in addition to a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen area, a separate sitting room, a utility and a conservatory. To the outside you will find off-road parking for 10 cars and a garden with a hot tub. No Stag/hen or similar, no groups under 25 years of age. Cadwgan is superb base for a family gathering.

Town: The small town of Aberporth rests on the southern edge of Cardigan Bay in Ceredigion. Within the town you will find two beaches that sit between Trecregyn and Fathgarreg, as well as a seaside café, fish and chip shop and a friendly pub serving good food and drinks. Within close reach is the Wales Coast Path, which is ideal for exploring the coastline whilst nearby Cardigan houses a wealth of hops, tea rooms, restaurants, pubs, and bustling markets.
