Great accommodation for a large family gathering.
Great space so large parties don't feel short of space. Nice design, comfy sofas, huge dining table, plenty of kitchen space, nice size range and outdoor areas.
Dust on top of wardrobe where we put sports bag after unpacking. Book for using the range would have been useful too.

This place is lovely it just needs some TLC and to be cleaned properly.
The area was great and you don’t have to travel far to get to great places. The house was a good size for the amount of people that stayed. The house was modern and was nicely designed.
The hot tub was literally just a bath and was more effort trying to work it and keep it warm for what it was. No bubbles. It wasn’t clean inside the house. Dust everywhere and furniture wasn’t moved to be cleaned underneath. Mould in bathrooms. The play area outside was a great size but is very dangerous. Screws sticking out my son nearly stood on two of them and cut his bottom and shorts on another. Wood panels missing and it was very unsteady.

Pleasant stay in a lovely location
Good size property with all home comforts. The garden was also very nice and also enclosed.
Hot tub was clearly not cleaned and maintained with chlorine as stated in the welcome pack. The bathroom en-suite in the large upstairs room needed attention as the sink and its fixtures were damaged, the cistern was also leaking when flushed. The whole house needed a deep clean.

Overall a pleasant stay, however, the cleanliness of something’s need to be worked upon.
Ample size, rooms big, comfy but firm beds. Clean sheets and towels. Everything you require in the kitchen is there. Comfy furniture. Nice, quiet location, 45 min walk to Tenby Harbour. Bag of wood supplied for hot tub. Nice garden Big car parking space, fitted 4 cars.
Some kitchen items (oven tray and frying pan) were dirty and had to be washed before use. Barbecue was dirty, with old burned food remains. Chairs were very heavily stained! No welcome pack. The stairs are steep!! No smart tv, limited channels. No locks on some bathroom doors for privacy.

long family weekend
The size of the rooms were great. The hot tub was a nice touch if you are there longer than a day. it takes at least 4 hours to warm up. Was looking forward to the log burner but see below! comfortable beds but take your own pillows
The log burner we couldn't use as the chimney was blocked and all the smoke came into the room and it was so bad we had to move into the garden whilst it cleared. The children's play area had a nail sticking up which we had to repair before the children could play on it. Also my husband had to knock a nail in by the foot if the stairs as one of the adults caught their foot on it and ripped their skin. (we were afraid the children would hurt themselves). Also the gate lock was broke and we had to be extra careful as if any child or dog escaped it lead onto the main road. . Even with above we did enjoy.

Poor value , stayed in better
The location was very good and the beds and linen were clean
The shower cubicle didn't drain in the upstairs bathroom, the down stairs bathroom had a stale order, the box to operate the TV was missing, there was no tea towels and the milk was in small sachets - poor welcome pack. The door of the fridge was damaged and the cooker shelves were not clean. The hot tub was empty and took hours to refill which we didn't have time to do.

Overall we had a fab stay accommodation was clean comfy and well equipped.
Beautiful garden for relaxing, sun bathing, kitchen facilities were excellent with ample room for all ten guests. Lovely touch on arrival, a vase of pink roses and bottle of prosecco. We made good use of hot tub and BBQ.
Patio doors leading to garden would not open . Bedrooms are smaller than they look in photographs. Maybe some comfy chairs in the garden would be good.
