Location and size of apartment. Ugo was attentive.
The apartment needs a good clean and general maintenance. Entrance door fell off and we could not get in or out, it was fixed next day. Plants on veranda very sad need replacing or removed. Bathroom had thick black grime on tiles, I wiped off majority with paper but was not nice, the floor rug needs good clean.Had to ask for iron and ironing board only had legs. No toaster. However Ugo bought a new one and provided it next day. In saying this, it is still a good place to stay.

Location was great. It was also lovely that there was an elevator in the building. The host was very kind and responsive. It was great to have complete room darkening shades. The beds were very comfortable. And it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The place was very noisy especially at night. The windows were not very soundproof. In the building on the street level there as a piano bar, which stayed open until 2.00 in the morning, and it was very loud some nights until 2.00 in the morning. The bathrooms need updating, they are worn.
