This cosy terraced cottage is situated in Bradwell, Derbyshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Dispensary is a terraced cottage situated in Bradwell, Derbyshire. The property is set over three floors. It has two bedrooms; one first floor twin and one second floor king-size, sleeping four people, with a separate family bathroom. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, and an open-plan living room and dining area. Outside has a small, enclosed courtyard with furniture. Off-road parking is available for one car. The Dispensary is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the heart of the Peak District. The property is open all year and offers short breaks throughout the winter months
Note: One well-behaved dog allowed.
Amenities: Gas central heating with new boiler. Modern bathroom with powerful shower. Modern kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, 1/2 size freezer & washing machine. Dog friendly, we allow one dog for free (dogs are not to be left unattended in
the property) Small enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. The sun is in the garden in the afternoon and evenings (Please note the garden is small and accessed by a gate adjoining the property next to the back door). Two good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Cosy sitting room with Superfast fibre broadband, smart TVs throughout, Freesat with Netflix, Bluray DVD player and music system with Bluetooth. All linen, fuel and power included. Allocated parking for two cars. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Note: The property is open all year and offers short breaks throughout the winter months
