Bon emplacement, résidence calme. Gentillesse et disponibilité des hôtes. La piscine et la vue sur Castelsardo
Le manque d’entretien de la copropriété concernant les extérieurs. L’odeur insupportable de renfermé dans l’appartement qui imprègne tout. Le bruit des canalisations des logements au dessus. Le manque de luminosité de l’appartement.

Je trouve que le prix de logement est supérieur à la qualité du logement
Je trouve que les photos sont trompeuses. On a l’impression que le bâtiment est récent mais il est plutôt vieillissant. Les serviettes de bain mériteraient d’être changée. L’appartement n’était pas très propre et il ni avait pas d’éponge et de patte pour la vaisselle.
