Simple, comfortable residence "Li Russi", 2 storeys, semi-detached. 13 apartments in the residence. In the resort Castelsardo, in a quiet position, 500 m from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (10 x 6 m, depth 1 - depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:30 and 15:00-21:00). Outdoor shower. 30 m long motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Public parking on the road. Bus stop "La Pianedda" 800 m, sandy beach "Marina di Castelsardo" 1 km (small). Sports harbour 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Roccia Dell'Elefante 7 km, Castello dei Doria 3 km, Spiaggia di Ampurias 2.5 km, Alghero Fertilia Airport 62 km, Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport 121 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families.
