The place was clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff also did an exceptional job to make up the room daily. Thank you very much to the team making our stay at 1212 memorable.
Nothing. The taxi booked online doesn’t like to turn into the hotel front porch.

Room had a kitchenette, reasonable room size, nice bathroom with tub, very clean. Location is not super close nor super far from subway. Steamer was provided and ironing board but no iron. Lovely service staff
Room had a washing machine but no dryer. Only a very small washing line in the bathroom which made it very hard to dry clothes.

Breakfast was fine but very little Asian cuisine , Location of the hotel is very good that compensentated many concerns
Few miinum and mandate facilites were lacking and need to ask for that. That was not expected
