Apartment is near to the Beach Nikolina, maybe about 2 minutes away from water.
Apartment has three balconies, so can find the right one according to the sunlight.
Big fridge.
Old fashioned apartment, noisy AC and floor. Very small bathroom.
Unfortunately, there is nothing much to do in Baška Voda when you are going to spend more than 3 or 4 days.
Low profile beds, not that much comfortable. It is okay for 1 or 2 nights spend.
Generally, the experience was fine, but it is a bit expensive according to the amenities.

The location is great, very near to the beach. The hosts are very kind and helpful, the apartment was very spacious and very well equiped for a short or longer stay.
The apartment wasn't cleaned during 8 nights stay. There was one change of sheets/towels, on request, and this was a basket with the items left by the door. We expected a better service on this level.

A beautiful holiday in this summer house. The apartment was tidy, equipped with everything you need. The sea at your fingertips. Quiet part of town. The organization with the host is perfect. We will definitely be happy to come back. It's been a long time since I came back from vacation so rested. Thank you
