Obiekt jest położony blisko plaży, ale też blisko sklepów spożywczych, placu zabaw, plenerowej siłowni, poczty, apteki itp. Miejscowość nie jest duża i z obiektu spokojnie można dojść pieszo promenadą albo plażą na molo i do Alei Gwiazd.
Obiekt oferuje za dodatkową odpłatnością parking na podwórku, a z parkowaniem w Międzyzdrojach nie jest łatwo. Nasz pobyt w miejscowości miał miejsce poza sezonem i to miało ogrom zalet, np. łatwiejsze/tańsze parkowanie auta przy atrakcjach.
W apartamencie było chyba wszystko, może poza moskitierami w oknach. Moskitiery przydają się w każdym obiekcie, nie trzeba urządzać polowań na komara.

The location is great, next to the main entrance to the beach, the avenue with coffee places and restaurants, different options of supermarkets, and you can do everything either by foot, bike, or scooter. The bed was very comfortable.
The communication with the owner was nice and easy, with clear instructions and support.
Sadly, the bathroom was disappointing. Everything was old and dirty, the shower and bathroom sink were clogged, and there were many types of dirtiness that I prefer not deep in detail.
The level of politeness is very low; many times we were going out of the house and crossed the way with someone in the yard and they never answered back if we said a simple “good morning”, which can generate many awkward and unnecessary situations.
