Super holiday
We stayed here from August 30th to September 6th, 2025, and absolutely loved it! Ines and her family are wonderful hosts who make sure you don’t miss a thing, so you immediately feel welcome and at home. Shops are close by, so getting groceries is no problem at all. The facilities are fantastic — we enjoyed everything: the relaxing sauna, the well-equipped gym, the billiards table, the modern and spotless kitchen, perfect air conditioning, and excellent showers. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beyond our expectations. We truly had an amazing stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Easily the best holiday we've ever had, at a villa that's a literal paradise for families with kids.
The villa was incredible—perfect for (multiple) families with young children. The kids were rarely out of the swimming pool, and also loved being able to use the trampoline, swings, slide and more. The sheer amount of fantastic amenities meant we didn't even use them all. In fact, we might just have to come back next year—just to use the games room!
It's hard to criticise what was an exceptional stay, however a small number of things needed repairing or replacing during our stay (e.g. shower head, kettle). That said, it's a massive credit to our hosts that any minor issues were fixed almost immediately. Cannot praise or thank them enough.

Perfect stay in Pula!
Really spacious and new property with lots of activities. Everything just worked. And the hosts was amazing. The location is great to reach different places to go. We were two families with kids and we all had a blast!
the only thing was that either we didn’t know how to use the coffee machine or it did not work well. it was an effort to make a pan of coffee every morning. But this was a minor thing. 😊

Croatia / Pula are lovely and Croatians very friendly.
High standard of fixtures and fittings, good air con, good showers, nice pool area and bbq. Lovely hosts, friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely holiday.
Villa is not detached and so if the other villa is occupied the pool would not be private. The other villa was not occupied so this was not a huge problem for us but it would have been had there been others sharing the pool area when it’s described as detached and private. There is not a private beach, there is a pebble garden area, this is not a beach. The villa is a long way from a beach and the centre of Pula although once you work out the buses you can access them in about 15 minutes. We visited with 2 small children and the villa is not child/toddler friendly, no high chair, no stair gates and a lot of sharp concrete corners!
