Spotlessly clean – everything was in perfect condition. Fully equipped – the apartment had literally everything you may need, from kitchen essentials, spices, and cooking supplies to an umbrella, toys, and books for kids. Spacious & comfortable – three large bedrooms, a separate living area, and plenty of storage space in every room. Beds were very comfortable! Great location – just one block from the beach, with a SPAR supermarket around the corner. Easy parking and only a few minutes' drive to the highway, making it perfect for exploring the island. Friendly hostess – met us at the door on time and had excellent communication.

Bathroom - the second bathroom in the master bedroom had no hot water. Limited sunlight – the living room only gets sun for 1-2 hours in the morning, and the apartment felt a bit cold in January. Washing machine location – it’s on the rooftop (3rd floor), so you have to step outside to access it. Window placement – the bedroom window opens into the building rather than outside. Windy area – 23km/w vs for example some beaches in the sout at 4-5kmh so the nearby beach was too rough for swimming in winter, but this wasn’t a big issue as we mainly used the place for sleeping and exploring the island.

great location just 2 minutes from the beach. Spotlessly clean, really well equipped with everything you need. Although I was a solo traveler there is so much space here, perfect for families. I will definitely return.

Die Lage ist gut und die Betten waren äußerst bequem wenn die genannten Mängel nicht wären.

Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Baustelle. In der ersten Woche war der Lärm ab dem frühen Morgen extrem und der Balkon nicht nutzbar. Ein Schild weist darauf hin, dass dort bis etwa Mitte 2027 neue Apartments entstehen, was in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde. Zudem gab es mehrere Mängel in der Wohnung: Ameisen im Wohnbereich und Badezimmer, verschlissene Silikonfugen mit Schimmel im Bad, sowie wiederholte Stromausfälle beim gleichzeitigen Nutzen von Küche und Heizkörper. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr einfach, der Ofen kaum zum Backen geeignet und die Messer stark abgenutzt.
