Güner Business Hotel

I recently stayed at Güner Business Hotel in Istanbul and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling, especially during breakfast service. Whenever I had a problem or request, they responded quickly and found a solution immediately, which made me feel very well looked after. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. The hotel's service and hospitality were definitely the highlights of my stay. Thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality.

The only issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi, which occasionally stopped working and needed to be reset. A few times I had to contact reception, but they were always quick to help and resolve the problem.

Staff was superb. Can, Arda and the 3rd man at reception was great. Nothing is a problem and they assist as much as possible. The breakfast Cafe staff also very friendly and helpful. We will definately come back a d will refer our friends to stay here as well. Walking distance to Moda Street, Bull Statue as well as bus and ferry stations. Lots of pubs, restaurants and shops near the hotel. Kadikoy is now officially our favourite suburb in Istanbul. Should have stayed longer....

The location of the hotel was great though was far off from Istanbul airport and we had a hard time finding it.

Had hard time finding it from the main bus station.

Clean and great staff. Simple but good breakfast.

The room, despite a sign indicating cleaning, was not cleaned. I had to wait until the hotel’s door was closed at night to enter.
