Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und großzügig. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr groß und bietet diverse Sitz-und Grillmöglichkeiten. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum und die Möglichkeit, gegen Aufpreis Sauna und Whirlpool zu benutzen.

Die Sauberkeit war gut, aber nicht sehr gut. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war unvollständig und wirkte zusammengewürfelt. Die Einrichtung, speziell Bad und Küche, wirken abgewohnt und deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straße und ist bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut.
