About this apartment rental
The Gruna House, with its 260 square meters of living space and garden, is available exclusively for your use. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation.
The natural swimming pond has a swimmable area of 3 by 7 meters and is 1.4 meters deep. A solar-heated shower and sun deck are adjacent to it. From the large terrace—which features a grill area, dining area, and lounge area—you can access the sauna and relaxation area, both located inside the house. In addition to these, the first floor includes a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area, a fireplace room, and a storage closet. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, another bathroom, and the living room with a brick fireplace, large picture windows, and a balcony.
There are a total of three fireplaces in the house, so you can enjoy the cozy warmth of beech wood anywhere you like. Firewood is included in the price.
Three free parking spaces are available on the property, and there is also a bike shed.
Vacation Home:
Our Gruna house is fully equipped. Do you enjoy cooking? Perfect. The spacious kitchen/dining area is equipped with an electric stove, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator with freezer compartments. On the terrace, you’ll find a 5-burner gas grill with a rotisserie and a two-door refrigerator. Whether you prefer charcoal or wood, a separate swing-out grill is available. Three bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep—one with a double bed, the others with pull-out single beds. Two bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a bathtub, await you. Two living rooms with three sofas and additional seating offer plenty of space for relaxation or spending time together. There are also lounge chairs in the sauna area.
If you want to work from home, a workspace and secure Wi-Fi are available.
On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 30% of the total price. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. Pets are allowed. Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.)
