Extraordinary great location: 5 min away from the center, BUT 1st line, no traffic noise, no bars and restaurants noise! Sea view!!! Very helpful and friendly staff! Quite clean, obviously after some refurbishment. Nice private beach underneath.

Some of staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a nice location directly at the beach and near the city centre.

I booked an additional room for my parents and asked the hotel is they could bring their dog. They said of course they can bring the dog. At breakfast they told my parents they couldn't let the dog into the breakfast room. There was no indication whatsoever that it was forbidden to bring pets in the breakfast room. In Italy dogs are allowed in most restaurants. Also, we came down for breakfast. It was just before 10am when we sat at the table. 10am is when breakfast is over. Not one member of the staff asked us if we wanted a coffee or anything. The owner saw us and blatantly ignored us. No discount was offered for the skipped breakfast.

Accoglienza, persone solari e ti fanno sentire a casa . Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti la settimana scorsa , ci siamo trovati benissimo , camera piccola ma nn mancava nulla , pulita e con vista mare impagabile … spiaggia sotto l’hotel , colazione vista mare , il centro pedonale a 100mt . 4 gg di puro relax sereno in un contesto dove tt era perfetto. Sarà il nostro punto di riferimento x Pietra ligure !

Gentilezza dello staff, ottima pulizia, letti comodi grandezza della stanza ,ampio balcone.avevamo la stanza in posizione laterale dalla quale si vedeva il mare.

Per il resto abbiamo pagato 160€ per due persone per una notte senza nemmeno la colazione, il tutto per una stanza seriamente antiquata, con la portafinestra rotta e la pulizia scarsissima. Camera descritta come vista mare ma era sul lato e la vista era un edificio fatiscente.

Nelle giornate davvero calde la mancanza dell'aria condizionata si sente nonostante in camera ci siano.le pale a soffitto. Dovrebbero mettere un mini frigo in camera per poterci mettere almeno delle bottiglie d'acqua da usare la notte

Camera con mobilio molto vecchio, bagno con odore di fogna, presenza di zanzare in camera e nelle comuni. Cena molto basic niente di che con personale poco cordiale.

Non ci siamo trovate bene.

- Accesso diretto alla spiaggia. - La pulizia accurata della camera e del bagno (non ho elementi per valutare le altre aree). - Carine e accoglienti le aree per il pranzo e la colazione.

- Dalla mancanza assoluta di spazio e dall’impianto elettrico esterno si evince che la stanza fosse una piccola camera singola. Si è voluto ricavare una camera doppia ma gli spazi sono davvero inadeguati. - Le lenzuola erano pulite ma macchiate. - velocità della ventola a soffitto non modulabile perché la manopola era stata rimossa: la possibilità di regolarla è importante perché al pomeriggio, all’arrivo della spiaggia, è necessario un raffrescamento maggiore rispetto alla notte. - la tenda della doccia non era abbastanza lunga sicché occorreva tenerla con le mani mentre ci si lavava per non allagare il piccolo bagno. - Lo scadente miscelatore della doccia non permetteva di scegliere la temperatura desiderata così che era troppo calda o troppo fredda. - Il primo giorno lo scarico della doccia era molto lento, quasi intasato: abbiamo avvisato e sono venuti a sturarlo la mattina dopo sicché le prime due docce sono state fatte con i piedi a bagno nell’acqua, inclusa quell’contaminata dai residui presenti nelle tubature. - Ci hanno dato una sola chiave, non c’è stata proposta la seconda: forse avremmo dovuto chiederla? Fatto sta che abbiamo rinunciato alla libertà di uscire per il caffè al risveglio per evitare di chiudere dentro l’altra oppure lasciare la chiave a lei e lasciarla dormire con la porta aperta. - Essendo intollerante al lattosio non ho potuto fruire della comodità della colazione perché l’hotel non gestisce questo aspetto.

Hervorragende Lage

Äußerst freundliches, bemühtes und hilfsbereites Personal. Man fühlt sich gut betreut und es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man ist in geschätzten 5 Minuten in der schönen Altstadt und direkt am Strand. Auch zu den öffentlichen Stränden ist man in wenigen Minuten gelaufen. Wir waren ausschließlich an den öffentlichen Stränden, da uns die Liegen zu teuer waren. Das Hotelpersonal gab uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und für Restaurants. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir seitlichen Meerblick, was sehr schön war.

Leider gab es im Zimmer nur einen Ventilator und keine Klimaanlage. Es war schwer, das Zimmer entsprechend zu klimatisieren, nachts konnten wir kaum schlafen, weil es so warm war. Ich denke, wenn man dort außerhalb der Hochsaison ist, kann man es gut aushalten. Im Sommer ist es aber eindeutig zu warm. Außerdem gab es keinen Kühlschrank, zum Glück hatten wir eine eigene elektrische Kühlbox dabei. Das Bad ist sehr klein, vor allem die Dusche. Man konnte sich darin nicht bewegen, ohne dass der Duschvorhang an einem klebte. Es ist sehr schade, dass der Strand vor dem Hotel privatisiert ist und nicht zum Hotel gehört. Man bekommt zwar einen Voucher für vergünstigte Liegen, aber dennoch insgesamt sehr schade, dass fast der gesamte Strand kostenpflichtig ist (dazwischen gibt es aber vereinzelt öffentliche Strandabschnitte).

La posizione dell hotel è perfetta il resto si può migliorare!

La posizione! La cordialità dello staff La possibilità di lasciare i propri bagagli prima del check in in una stanza adibita a uso comune ospiti con annesso un frigo e toilette( con doccia). Il parcheggio è difficile in zona ma si sa in tutta la Liguria non è una novità! Camera un po troppo piccina per una famiglia da 4 ma ben studiata comodo il bagno con tutto l essenziale ristrutturato recentemente. La struttura ha la convenzione con il bagno adiacente.

Hotel sulla spiaggia a due passi dal centro. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie in struttura dopo il check out.

- Avevo richiesto il parcheggio al momento della prenotazione (effettuata con largo anticipo), ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Pochi giorni prima del soggiorno mi è stato detto che non era disponibile. Immagino che i parcheggi vengano riservati ad altri ospiti con soggiorni più lunghi, una scelta legittima e più che comprensibile— ma sarebbe bastato comunicarlo prima, con più chiarezza. - La camere non sono dotate di condizionatore (ma di questo eravamo consapevoli perché preventivamente avvisati)

Il balcone con vista laterale sul mare, la posizione centrale dell'hotel, la gentilezza dei membri dello staff.

La mancanza di aria condizionata, la rumorosità della camera essendo in un'area molto trafficata dalle auto, l'assenza di un frigo bar per tenere al fresco l'acqua. Per questi motivi non avrei scelto questa struttura ad es. in pieno agosto o quando le temperature sono troppo elevate perché in camera si soffre il caldo.
