Extraordinary great location: 5 min away from the center, BUT 1st line, no traffic noise, no bars and restaurants noise! Sea view!!! Very helpful and friendly staff! Quite clean, obviously after some refurbishment. Nice private beach underneath.
Too hard mattress. It's not suitable for everyone. Walls are not soundproof at all.

Some of staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a nice location directly at the beach and near the city centre.
I booked an additional room for my parents and asked the hotel is they could bring their dog. They said of course they can bring the dog. At breakfast they told my parents they couldn't let the dog into the breakfast room. There was no indication whatsoever that it was forbidden to bring pets in the breakfast room. In Italy dogs are allowed in most restaurants. Also, we came down for breakfast. It was just before 10am when we sat at the table. 10am is when breakfast is over. Not one member of the staff asked us if we wanted a coffee or anything. The owner saw us and blatantly ignored us. No discount was offered for the skipped breakfast.

La vista mare era qualcosa di spettacolare.... Il rumore delle onde è stata la mia ninna nanna.... La colazione abbondante e varia.... Ci torneremo sicuramente Il personale gentilissimo

Gigantische Lage direkt am Strand/Meer. Sehr nette Hotelangestellte. Zentral gelegen.
