Najpiękniejszy w obiekcie jest widok, widok hipnotyzujący i uspokajający. Śniadania na tarasie są cudowne. Dodatkowo basen który praktycznie jest na wyłączność to rewelacja.
Nie ma takiego punktu :) Wszystko w tym apartamencie jest takie jak powinno.

Die Aussicht und Lage ist Optimal. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Supermarkt direkt gegenûber, La Arena 2 min. Bushaltestelle 2 min. Das Apartement hat weiter alles was man so braucht.
Das Möbiliar wirkt abgenutzt. Kaputte Sonnenstoren, Lavabo fällt fast vom Wand, kaputte Gartenmõbel auf der Terrasse. Flecken im Sofa. Auch war es nur halb sauber. Ich habe erst selber richtig putzen mussen. Die Nachbarn sind super unfreundlich und wirken genervt das es vermietet wird. Der andere Nachbarn war so laut das man bis Mitternacht Lärm und Sigarettenrauch mitbekommt. Auch bei der Poolanlage wird man fast weggescheut. Schade. Ich würde es nur wieder buchen wegen der Lage. Der ist unschlagbar.
