La distancia con los medios de transporte y supermercados, la limpieza de la casa y la rapidez de comunicación con la casera.
La ubicación no es la mejor del mundo pero tampoco está mal, hay muchos supermercados cerca y el transporte público está muy bien en esa zona, lo malo es que algunos de los vecinos del barrio no dan demasiada confianza, aún así la casa está muy bien para 3-4 personas.

Дуже чисте, затишне та сучасне помешкання. Зручне ліжко, гарний інтер’єр і приємна атмосфера. Відмінне розташування, поруч усе необхідне. Заселення пройшло легко та без проблем

Cuenta con supermercado al final de la calle, línea de bus al centro delante del portal y tranvía a menos de 300 metros. La cocina está bien equipada aunque las sartenes son mejorables, y el baño es aceptable.
El barrio no parece muy seguro, además de estar bastante degradado y ser ruidoso durante todo el día, pero se suple al estar bien conectado con transporte público y no tener que transitarlo a pie. Algunas persianas están rotas por lo que en una habitación entra el sol desde primera hora de la mañana.
