El hotel se destaca por su limpieza y buen mantenimiento. La habitación, el baño y las demás áreas se encontraban muy aseadas y organizadas. El aire acondicionado y la televisión funcionaron correctamente, lo que hizo más cómoda la estadía.
La atención en recepción fue excelente. Angie se caracteriza por su disposición para atender, orientar y brindar información cuando se requiere, siempre con una actitud positiva, amable y de servicio. Asimismo, la señora Marina y de quién atiende en recepción en la noche, ofrece una atención cordial y muy profesional.
Los precios son cómodos y cuentan con el apoyo para solicitar servicio de taxi cuando se necesita. Además, su ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca del Centro Comercial Unicentro.
Sin duda, una muy buena opción de alojamiento por su limpieza, atención y ubicación.

Aseo: habitación y baño, demás lugar, limpio
Aire acondicionado y TV. Poco ruido. La atención en recepción fue muy buena, disposición para atender, Angie es muy colaboradora, orienta cuando se requiere información, actitud de servicio y positiva, muy atenta. La sra Marina tiene muy buena atención. Precios cómodos, y si necesita taxi lo solicitan. Cerca al CCO Unicentro.
Estoy acostumbrada a bañarme con agua caliente, allí no hay. Pero es entendible porque hace mucha calor en Villavicencio. Entonces me adapte.
