La ubicación y las instalaciones
Los vecinos, nos aviso el pobre conserje de que dejaramos de hacer ruido a las 23:00 de la noche porque estabamos cenando y riendonos.
Un vecino (suele ser siempre el mismo) se habia quejado por las risas.

It was a very spacious apartment, well located, great for a family with the playground right outside the front door of the building.

Pros
1. Big space. 4 bedrooms and two rest rooms with shower rooms
2. Very nice beds
3. Good living environment. Within 200 meters, there are many supermercados, bars and restaurants.
Cons
1. Noisy streets at night. You have to close windows to keep good sleep
2. There are No shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent. No Kettle neither
3. Because it is sit in a big private building, the bag transfer company is not easy to step in to deliver bags. Must be very careful for confirmation between transfer service company and house owner.
