A localização (bem pertinho da praça Tiradentes,apesar das ladeiras) e o atendimento são ótimos. Os quartos (vimos 3) são amplos e bem ventilados.
Ficamos num quarto no terceiro piso. Subir malas nas escadas não foi nada fácil. O estacionamento fica a duas quadras, cerca de 150m.

Próximo ao centro, possui estacionamento próprio, o que é difícil no centro de Ouro Preto, local aconchegante com a sensação de se estar em casa.
A limpeza e conservação deixaram a desejar, bolor nos rejuntes do banheiro, porta do box emperrada e ferrugem nos suportes.

It is a lovely colonial house full of authenticity. The apartment are huge. The location was very convenient for us.
We stayed 4 nights and there was no cleaning of the apartment.
