Fabulous house in Bled!
We loved House Amalia! This was the perfect place for our family of 4 - great location in Bled with an easy walk to the lake. Plenty of space, and we loved sitting on the terrace. We would definitely come back.

relaxing weekend in a nice enviroment
The owner was super helpful with everything - including our late arrival and any additional questions regarding restaurants, sight seeing tips. Also he was super nice about welcoming our dogs.

Comfortable country house with a great yard
Beautiful, comfortable country house walking distance to Lake Bled. The garden is great, we spent a lot of time on the porch or on a blanket on the lawn. House is set up to grill and cook, owners are friendly and helpful. Old fashioned house with a lot of charm but very comfortable.

Nice House...Superb Hospitality!
We had an exceptional 3-day stay at House Amalia and the hosts were wonderful. They had food and wine in the fridge. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the lovely deck outside; it was a perfect place to relax after a day of hiking and swimming. There was an apple tree and small garden in the yard and we were able to pick as much as we could eat. Location was perfect just about a 20 minute walk to Lake Bled with the Bled Castle, Vintgar Gorge, supermarkets and many restaurants less than 2km away as well. Ms Amalia, our host, was so welcoming and accommodating, it felt like we were visiting family. I highly recommend and we will definitely visit again!

Exceptional
The house is great for a family. Clean, comfortable, and Amalia welcomed us incredibly well; kitchen was even stocked with some essentials because of supermarket closures over the holiday period. Felt like home! Highly recommend!
I'm being very picky here, but location is a bit far from town center to walk with young children. Especially in winter. This was known ahead of time as the listing made this clear. Also, a washing machine for clothes would be a nice addition to the property.

Exceptional
The host could not meet us when we arrived, but his mother was there to greet us. She was great, kind, and took the time to show us a map of the surrounding area. The property had two separate bedrooms, a restroom with a shower, a small living area, kitchen and table. If staying for longer visits, I did not notice a washer or dryer. Overall, perfect location for visiting the lake and surrounding area.
