The property is in a convenient and prime location.
Our experience at this property was below expectations. The check-in process felt disorganized and unprofessional—an unidentified individual (with no ID or formal introduction) arrived to check us in and insisted on handing over R1000 to security, which made us feel uneasy and concerned about safety and legitimacy.
The condition of the house was also unacceptable. It was not clean upon arrival—the kettle had insects in it, and basic essentials like toilet paper were not provided until we specifically asked, and even then it arrived late. The linen was torn and the towels did not feel fresh.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor hospitality made for an uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
