Everything, the location, the building is well taken care of, the whole facility is really beautiful. Our apartment was beautiful and accommodated us well.
The water pressure in our unit was very low, we had to report at the reception a couple of times during our stay that there was no water in our unit or there was low pressure when the water was running.

The location is just a few minutes from Rosebank mall & quote central. The host is extremely communicative, responsive and proactive with providing solutions and assistance.
Sometimes the water is shut off with no warning and no idea when it will come back on - extremely problematic & frustrating. The building is also dealing with a pest issue and you will come across an errant tiny roach or two.

It was clean. Simple to get into. Hassle free.
Had to drop off at the gate and no direct entry point for guests versus tenants. Delivery had to meet at reception instead of unit door.
