The view is stunning. You have direct view to the sea from one of the balconies (there are 2). Nespresso machine, medium size fridge, dishes, forks, spoons, microwave oven, etc. You can prepare a nice breakfast quite easily.
In the bathroom we've found toilet paper, toothbrushes, shampoo/shower gel. That was nice.
Plenty of towels of various sizes.
There wasn't any cleaning service during our stay (5 nights) but we've managed on our own. There is a storage closet filled with everything you need (vacuum cleaner included).
The apartment is surrounded by clubs, restaurants (quite expensive) so the noise will linger to 3-4 in the morning. However, if you close the windows, it proved to be soundproofed quite well.
The bedroom bed/mattress needs an upgrade. For a big guy, it proved to be quite uncomfortable.
Quite expensive.
