Amazing location; amazing rooms; amazing value for money!

The location was good and it was a quiet setting which is what we wanted.

We liked everything about the accomodation; we cannot fault it!

Quiet residential location near Oxford.

The apartment was in the attic, so main stairs up from hallway, and then additional set of ten once in the apartment. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well equipped, although a larger towel would have been nice. The living space is all in one includes kitchen dining and lounge. Air conditioning an absolute bonus especially is recent heat waves. The staff did respond immediately if there was a question and were onsite mostly. Allocated car parking space ideal. Supermarket a ten min drive away. No noise from other apartments. Functioned for our stay and would use again.

Considering this was potentially for 4 adults there was only a two seater sofa in front of an oversized TV ( not necessary as far too close to the sofa for comfort.) Disappointed that it had a stretchy loose cover on it and a strange Ornamental dog where an accent chair could sit. Would have been nice to have had some welcome instructions to hand for TV oven etc and simple things like where are the Bins. When I asked the staff they told me it was serviced apartments and they did everything. Most instructions are sent to you on an app to your phone. Not so great if you are tech resistant. Just my thoughts on slight improvements.

Demanding a large damage deposit after the booking has been made, without mentioning it in the pre-booking property information is not an acceptable practice. Communication about the deposit terms and conditions, identity of the payee and return of the deposit was poor.

The apartment itself was perfect, and a good value given the size, amenities, and location!

The apartment was light, bright, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen with an espresso machine. The YouTube videos were very helpful and informative on how to use the appliances.

The staff was not always easy to reach or approachable. They could have been more proactive and friendly in messages since we never actually saw them in person.

It was really hot in Oxford so the air conditioning was a godsend

The apartments are very beautiful and in a great location. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

Perfect place to stay if visiting Oxford

Perfect location - fantastic facilities with everything you need - very clean and beautifully decorated. Rooms were all great and supplied with toiletries, slippers, dressing gowns and plenty of towels. And air conditioning was brilliant in the heat this weekend. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. On-site parking was very secure and local buses into Oxford were nearby and regular A fantastic place to stay for Oxford Would highly recommend and will definitely book again. Thank you

Amazing property, friendly owners!

We LOVED our stay at Beechwood house! I still have dreams about the view over the fields. It was clean, comfortable and felt so homely. Every need was provided for. With two little ones it was perfectly located in walking distance to Bury Knowle park with the Aslan statue and a short walk to CS Lewis’ church and grave in Headington Quarry. We felt so at home here and would love to return.

Excellent quality, good value accommodation

Large, clean and bright rooms; immaculate bedrooms with plenty of towels, pillows, etc. We were supplied with tea, coffee and other essentials, together with some toiletries. The beds were super comfortable and each room had its own climate control. An ample-sized lounge room / dining-room meant we had somewhere to congregate. All in all, really good-quality accommodation

Probably the only grumble is that we perhaps needed more soap / shower gel for the bathrooms. A small bar was provided but didn't go very far. But that is being especially pernickety; in the scheme of things, not a significant issue

Ok stay but one can get better apartments at the same price

Clean and well maintained

The 2 bed apartment was in the loft area making it difficult to carry the bags. Additionally lack of cross ventilation and air conditioning made the apartment hot and stuffy. The beds weren’t the best either.

Beautiful apartment and friendly staff.

The apartment was spacious and very up to date. Shampoo and soap samples, clean robes, towels, slippers were provided. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags in reception after check-out so we could spend the day in Oxford before we boarded the train. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the high ceilings and skylights made the space nice and bright and airy. The decor was top class.

The underfloor heating was on and it was over 20 degrees outside. The apartment was roasting. We opened the windows, but they only open a few inches. I'm sure this was just an unusual occurrence, and would be a PLUS in the cold months. Additionally, the £500 deposit seemed a bit excessive.

Incredibly Rude

I'd booked an apartment for 5 people with 5 beds, including a sofa-bed. That was clear. Yet there were 4 beds and no sofa-bed. When I asked, they said it wasn't a sofa-bed. I complained, but they insisted that I hadn't booked for 5 people (even after I proved it!) and were incredibly rude. they seemed rude before I even checked in, but when I complained, they got worse. They were rude to my colleague on the phone, telling her to 'stop talking'. Unbelievable. We were all working on a film doing 12+ hour days, yet didn't all get the sleep we required. The place is quite nice I guess but nothing makes up for this lack of customer service and respect.

The 2 bedroom apartment that we booked was much bigger than I expected and was was well equipped. The two full bathrooms in the apartment were spotless and modern and the showers and other equipment worked very well. The whole apartment was spotless when we arrived. Being able to park the car at the property in a secure car park was great and the local bus (bus No. 8) service to the centre of Oxford from the bus stop at the bottom of the road ( a five minute walk from the property) was efficient with buses every 10 minutes which meant that we did not have to navigate with one way systems and city centre entry charges when using the car. Bus journey to the city centre was about 20 minutes which worked very well as our daughter was in college in the centre of town. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

A fabulous apartment for our short stay. So well kitted out - more like a spa than an apartment!

We were so impressed by Beechwood House. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and the little touches of monogrammed towels, bathrobes, toiletries and slippers made it feel like a spa! The kitchen / living area was really well stocked to a high spec. We all really enjoyed our stay here. The bus stop at the end of the road meant we rarely used our cars. What an added bonus that was!

To be honest, the only thing I could think to complain about was the trek to the top floor up some stairs! And even that isnt a complaint as the exceptionally helpful and efficient young lady on reception was keen to help us with our bags and we declined her help.

Stunning apartment 15mins from central Oxford.

Our 3 bedroom apartment was stunning! Beechwood House is a big country house divided into elegant apartments, about a 15 mins bus ride from central Oxford. An immaculate, elegant, spacious apartment with everything we needed to feel right at home. We walked into the nearby village and had several options to grab an evening meal. Beautiful countryside feel with quaint little pubs. We didn’t have a car (there is parking if you do!) and we’re happy we didn’t. We caught the bus into central Oxford which worked perfectly. My daughter found a beautiful park to train in, and there were grocery stores within a few minutes walk. We just loved our stay here. Elena was very communicative and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We would love to stay here again when we’re back in the UK.

Beautiful and modern apartment in Headington-Oxford. Stayed there for 15 days and it became our lovely home in Oxford. If you come by car is perfect. Elena - the owner - is a lovely lady. All the staff very nice and polite.

everything was good- perhaps a little expensive but worth it. I would have liked a reading light over / beside the bed, but this is just a suggestion to enhance an already incredibly good experience
