Location. All the careful notes around the property about how to opperate things!
Sheets not clean. When replaced we had to remake the bed. Generally though, the flat was clean.

Location was fantastic. Less than 5 min from old town. King size bed very comfy and love coffee machine.
Spare bed ( couch) wasnt set. We booked apartment for 4 people but extra bed wasnt set. Also extra bedding was stained and yellow. We would recommend to get new duvet and pillow especially when you let guest dress own bed before going to bed.
