Der Pool war ein Traum
Das Haus auch mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt
Im Keller zu schlafen war auch super - sehr angenehm frisch bei permanent über 30°C Außentemperatur
Klima war auch im Wohnbereich vorhanden

We had the perfect stay at the villa: very quiet, a lot of space, all equipments were there and the pool for obviously a plus.
A little detail we appreciated: the rooms are downstairs, meaning that they stay fresh all day and night, even when it is really hot out.
Also, dogs are more than welcome on property - which we highly appreciated.

The Owners are fantastic. Friendly and always available on WhatsApp. The gardens and pool area are wonderful. The BBQ and covered seating area is perfect. We sat & ate there every night. Kitchen area is small but it gas everything you need. Closest supermarket is in Olmedo, but they are small. We drove 17 mins back to a big Conad by Sassari. You sleep downstairs…. which is cooler (no AC in the bedrooms - which is actually fine)
There are 2 bathrooms. one upstairs by kitchen dining and one downstairs. plenty of hot water.
Villa is in the middle of an agricultural area. You wake up to the sounds of a few dogs barking and the odd Cockerel.
Franco collected the trash and cleaned the pool each (every other day)
The evenings are very quiet and peaceful. For my family it was perfect.
The hosts are excellent… they even visited to turn on the TV (very embarrassing I couldn’t work it out :-) So we could watch F1. Yes they gave sky on the TV. Top service…10/10
Porto Ferro beach is super nice. Alghero and Castelsardo also worth a visit
The Junction onto the main road is right after a bend…. so a bit tricky to exit. Double bed was a bit hard. But that seems to be an Italian thing. Our next accommodation had hard mattresses too :-)
