Sweet Dream Penthouse

We came back the very next day — that says it all. The host arranged everything within an hour, no fuss, and the flat was immaculate again on arrival. Second time around you notice the small details even more: the storage, the light, how quiet it is at night. We'd happily make it three stays.

Our stay at Sweet Dream Penthouse genuinely exceeded every expectation we had. The location is hard to beat. We were within a ten-minute walk of everything we wanted to see, with cafés, a bakery and a small supermarket practically around the corner, yet the street itself was surprisingly quiet at night. Public transport was close enough to be convenient but far enough not to be heard. The apartment was spotless when we arrived — and I mean genuinely spotless, not "acceptable" clean. Fresh linens, gleaming bathroom, not a speck of dust anywhere, and everything smelled fresh rather than of chemicals. You can tell the cleaning is done by someone who actually cares. What impressed us most was how intelligently the space is organised. It's a penthouse, so there are angles and sloped ceilings, and someone has clearly thought hard about every one of them. Built-in storage where you'd expect wasted space, a well-equipped kitchen and a layout that made the flat feel considerably larger than the square metres on paper. The terrace was an unexpected highlight. We had breakfast out there every morning and came back to it in the evening with a glass of wine. The rooftop view over the surrounding buildings at sunset was lovely. Our host was a model of professionalism. Every message was answered within minutes, check-in instructions arrived well in advance and were crystal clear. When we mentioned in passing that the coffee had run out, a fresh pack appeared the next day. No fuss, no drama, just quiet efficiency. Practical details worth mentioning: the wifi was fast and stable enough for a couple of video calls, the air conditioning worked properly, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, the mattress was genuinely comfortable, and the blackout curtains meant we actually slept in. There's a washing machine, which was a real bonus on a longer stay. Our host also let us leave our bags after checkout while we had one last wander around the neighbourhood.

L’esperienza presso l’appartamento di Alfredo è stata splendida. L’appartamento offre tutti i comfort necessari, con un arredamento ricercato, originale e mai banale e un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. L’host è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile, aiutandomi anche a risolvere alcune piccole problematiche legate ai trasporti successivi alla mia prenotazione. La posizione è ottima: l’appartamento è ben collegato e permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro, pur trovandosi lontano dal caos delle zone più turistiche e rinomate di Roma. Un vero plus è la splendida terrazza, perfetta soprattutto durante l’estate per godersi un po’ di refrigerio nelle calde serate romane. Il letto era comodissimo e ho apprezzato particolarmente la cura nell’arredamento e nei dettagli. Sicuramente un appartamento che consiglio a chi vuole vivere Roma a due passi dal centro, in un ambiente tranquillo, originale e accogliente. A presto, Alfredo!

O apartamento é antigo, muitas coisas dentro do apartamento sem muito espaço para quem chega se acomodar. Os eletrodomésticos são antigos e o apartamento de modo geral precisa de renovação.
