The location is great,I had an amazing time.The staff were very helpful,friendly and approachable.

I think there can be variations in the meals.Especially breakfast,it was just one way.There can be a blend of continental and traditional.

The hotel staff were helpful and the place was quiet; there was free internet access in the rooms.

The rooms are rather old and the mattresses aren't very comfortable. The cleaning service isn't good, and I didn't find towels in the room; I ordered them and they arrived two days after my stay. The hotel is far from all public transportation; it takes me 7-15 minutes to reach the nearest station. There was a telephone in the room, but there was no way to use it to contact reception. Suddenly, I heard water running in the bathroom and discovered a leak. When I tried to contact reception by phone, I couldn't, so I went directly to them to send a plumber. When he arrived, he told me not to use the bathroom until he got his tools in ten minutes, but he returned more than two hours later. I requested the invoice through Booking.com, but for some reason the hotel couldn't find my email address, even though I contacted them multiple times using it and it's on the check-in forms. Instead of contacting me by phone, they deactivated my room key card. I was coming back from an exam and was very tired, so I couldn't open the room door and had to go back down to them. Although the hotel claims to be three stars, there is no one at the hotel to help you with your luggage; you have to carry it yourself.
