Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo bellissimo monolocale situato in un'ottima posizione per girare la cittadina. L'appartamento era super grazioso, pulitissimo, dotato di ogni confort e servizio utile al soggiorno. La proprietaria, super carina e simpatica, ci ha accolto con tanta allegria e gentilezza, mettendoci a nostro agio e dandoci anche dritte e informazioni sul posto. Super consigliato!!

The apartment is great for two people and is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, an unexpected AC when the temperature was unusually high as the days we were there, nice bathroom and kitchen. The location if perfect with walking distance within Rieti. The city Rieti is lovely and lively.
For us it was not a problem, the the stairs getting to the apartment are many and steep, so perhaps not a good place to stay for people who have difficulty climbing stairs.

A lovely and cleverly/stylishly furnished studio apartment in the centre of Rieti. Great value. Self check-in with good communication with our lovely host. We stayed while walking the Via Francesco (apartment has a stamp for the credential). It had everything a walker needs. Grocer store nearby. In centre of town enabling exploring of Rieti after a long day's walk. Rieti itself is an impressive town & worth a visit. We walked into town in time for a great lunch at Trattoria Favorita!
The shower risked leaking.
