Feels like home

This place felt like home. The host, Chiara, did everything to let me feel at home and the place is so nice and cosy decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, firm bed and a hot shower. Everything you need after a couple of days hiking!

A fantastic place to stay

It was a perfect little apartment for my stay in Rieti. I was in the Sole apartment on the top floor, and it was worth the extra steps. (there are two others, Terra and Acqua, on the floors below). It had everything I needed, including a kitchen with coffee, sugar, salt and little sachets of oil and vinegar which I really appreciated. It also has a rack for drying clothes. The host, Chiara, is absolutely lovely and genuinely wants to help you have the best possible stay. She also gives good recommendations about things to do while in Rieti.

Great place with an excellent host!

Chiara is a wonderful host. She's friendly and helpful. We asked her a few additional services and she was ready to help at any time. The appartment is cosy and nice & well equipped. Nicely situated in Rieti. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station. I think a only missed the possibility to sit outside (there's no terrace), but the appartment is next to a bigger place and at only 50 meters of the riverside, so there are many opportunities to sit outside anyway.

Wonderful host, great apartment, highest recommendation

Is it possible to give a twelve out of ten? Chiara went so far above and beyond it was ridiculous! We had an amazing time in Rieti largely thanks to her incredible hospitality and the care she has taken with the apartment - we stayed in the Sole unit on the top floor and it was absolutely charming and just right for us (as a couple of pilgrims taking a weekend break from the rigors of the trail). Kitchen was well stocked with basic foods and a great coffee maker; bathtub was excellent and just what our tired feet needed; decor was carefully chosen and stylish, and views of snowy Mt Terminillo were lovely. But the real show-stealer was Chiara herself, who was available instantly and graciously at every turn. When we asked about local football matches, she not only sent us the relevant info but got us onto the guest list for a game, then showed up to take us there by car and pick us up afterwards. She helped when we needed a taxi, and helped guide us to good restaurants and markets. Location is excellent, on a quiet alley just off Piazza S Francesco, a very short walk from the river and from the main street, Via Roma.

The location of the house is the best in town. So close to the river, pedestrian bridge, Roman bridge, the best restaurants and aperitivo places. Also only a few steps from Conad food store and main square. The bath was so comfy after we did a part of Via di Francesco pilgrimage route. And Chiara - wou, so helpful, full of tips for restaurants, shops, barber...

I only wish that we could have had more time here!

Little piece of heaven

As a pilgrim on el Camino di Francesco, arriving at this accommodation was like arriving in heaven! Chiara was extremely sweet, helpful and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable. The apartment was carefully equipped with a lot of attention to detail and I loved having access to the whirlpool bath! I would love to come back!

two days stay for personal needs in rieti's area

This little flat is kind of a 4* Little Hotel Suite, contemporary furnished and with everything you need for a private and safe 2/3 days stay. It's within few steps from the city center and next to the beautiful riverside walkway. In-house wifi is a good VDSL connection with 150Mbps downstream :)

In case you need to "live" the place during the day, the room has not that much "sun light", and something needs some refurbishing ...

Mi sono sentita a casa🥰

Mi è piaciuto tutto, è un monolocale accogliente, bagno spazioso, letto comodo ma sopratutto stanza calda, mi sono sentita a casa. Al centro di Rieti quindi abbiamo potuto visitare la città in tranquillità e la macchina l’abbiamo parcheggiata al parcheggio sotto l’appartamento, di fronte alla chiesa. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Qualità prezzo ottima. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Un angolo di paradiso nel cuore di Rieti

La proprietaria Chiara è stata meravigliosa! Appena arrivati abbiamo fatto self check-in con le indicazioni date al telefono, per qualsiasi bisogno era disponibile! Casa pulitissima ed organizzata con tutto il necessario e la cura nei dettagli! Ottima accoglienza anche per il nostro cagnolino che all'arrivo ha trovato un pensiero di benvenuto per lui! Veramente come a casa!!!

UNA BELLA SCOPERTA

Da subito ho capito che piú che accoglierci Chiara, la proprietaria, volesse coccolarci...Gentile, simpatica, disponibile, ama il Suo lavoro e si percepisce immediatamente. Ci ha illuminato su diversi itinerari turistici ed enogastronomici, in cittá e fuori, che potessero rendere migliore il nostro soggiorno visto che non eravamo mai capitati nella zona. La struttura è carina ed accogliente, non manca veramente nulla...contiamo di ritornarci appena possibile. Ancora complimenti a Chiara per come mantiene la struttura e l'approccio verso il cliente. BRAVA!!!

Un posto strategico e accogliente per visitare Rieti

Mini appartamenti funzionali, puliti e ben arredati, in pieno centro a Rieti, ma con un parcheggio pubblico a breve distanza. Ogni appartamento dispone di una cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario per fare colazione o per cucinare i propri pasti. Chiara è un'ospite gentile e attenta ai particolari, nonché molto disponibile, anche a risolvere piccoli guai (dopo il check out mi sono accorta di avere dimenticato in stanza alcuni beni personali :-). Da segnalare che essendo la struttura dislocata nel centro storico, in una vecchia palazzina, vi sono delle scale per accedere ai diversi appartamenti.
