Amazing location, extremely clean, modern and spacious room, and very friendly staff.

The location was right on the slopes so ski in ski out. Large ski locker available. Super friendly and helpful staff. We could leave our things at the hotel after check out so we could ski some more on our last day. Very clean and spacious room with nice hot shower. The view of the slopes from the room window was amazing - especially to watch the night skiers.

There is a short 10 min walk down the beginner ski slope to get to the hotel - it wasn’t possible to drive the car outside to unload so you have to carry everything to the hotel. Not really a bit deal for us though.

We stayed here for few days only Not sure why its rated 3 stars because it looks like 5 tbh Very very clean and all friendly stuff looking only to help you They also have a ski storage room where you can leave your ski gear(btw its just 10m to the ski slopes) and you can rent skis from the shop downstairs with a 20% discount if you have a room booked here There is also a kids playground,food is really nice I definitely recommend this hotel

Perfect location

Friendly staff Daniel the porter was particularly helpful with taking us and our bags to the car in the snowmobile. The hotel is located at the bottom of the piste about 50m from the ski lift. They have a heated room for the ski gear down stairs so it’s very easy to set yourself up and get skiing. Easy walking distance to the village for the bars and restaurants. There is no direct access or parking for the car as the hotel is located on the piste but you can stop your car at the top of the access road and they will transfer your bags and equipment for you in a snowmobile. Parking in the town is difficult when it is busy.

The restaurant is a canteen.

Vacanza sulla neve in famiglia

Posizione direttamente sulle piste con nelle vicinanze tutti i servizi necessari (scuola di sci, noleggio attrezzature, biglietteria, mini market, tavola calda e ristoranti). Camera confortevole con bellissima vista sulle piste da sci. Ottimo il riposo notturno. Buona la prima colazione con scelta tra dolce e salato. Proprietari disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Molto comodo per i bambini che si ritrovano subito sulle piste e circondati dal prato nevoso Village. Possibilità la sera di farsi preparare in loco piatti caldi, non abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio perché siamo sempre usciti a cena, ma un plus.

Difficile trovare il parcheggio auto, ma bisogna considerare anche il periodo di altissima stagione, però una volta parcheggiata la macchina non abbiamo più avuto bisogno di spostarla fino al rientro.

Hotel perfetto, vacanza splendida

Hotel, camere e ambienti comuni nuovi. Molto pulito biancheria profumata e ricambio frequente. Personale splendido. Disponibili su tutto. Colazione completa e abbondante. La posizione a 30 mentri dagli impianti, nel centro di Prato Nevoso, è comodissima (posto una foto). Siamo stati ora in estate ed era perfetta per le attività di nostro figlio e per il nostro riposo.. In inverno non c'è posizione migliore. Splendida vacanza

Hotel molto carino, camere pulite e spaziose con arredamento moderno. La nostra camera aveva il balcone con vista sulle piste, bellissimo. Rosa e Francesco sono fantastici!!! Gentili e accolgono il cliente in maniera impeccabile. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
