Loved the private pool in our room and the staff, so very friendly and helpful! Loved that the hotel was in a quiet area which helped us depress from a days exploring Ulu. Only 15 min Grab from central Ulu, 10 mins from GWK. The included breakfast was awesome as well. A very peaceful stay.

Like most accommodation places in Bali, they look amazing from a distance but once you start to look closely you see the need for regular maintenance etc.

Beautiful view from our infinity pool, room was clean and cool. Staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing and we would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone, especially people who want to rest and relax

Firings and finishing in room were a little dated and needed some updating and repair, but the pool made up for it.

Great location where the places to visit are within walking distance

There is no parking for pick up or drop off.

The beds were really comfortable, it was great having our own private pool that got plenty of sunlight throughout the day, and the air conditioners worked really well.

The property is further away, so it is important to be aware that you can't walk to any shops, restaurants or massage places, and the surrounding roads aren't really designed for walking. You'll need to arrange transportation to get around. The biggest disappointment for us was the food. The breakfast was very underwhelming, and the overall menu had limited choices and unfortunately the food was not very enjoyable. We ended up ordering food from outside the property quite regularly. For a property where the idea is to relax in your villa and enjoy the facilities, having a good food offering is really important, and this was a major area that could be improved. The property itself is also starting to feel quite dated and could really benefit from some investment and refurbishment. While the original design is lovely, the property feels like it hasn't been maintained to the standard you would expect for the price. Some areas, particularly the gardens, looked quite dry and tired, and there were parts of the property that felt a little run down and in need of a deep clean and cosmetic refresh. Overall, I think the property has a lot of potential, but it would benefit significantly from some upgrades and refurbishment to justify its current pricing.
