Not a good fit for us

We really wanted to like this stay: the host Raphaelle was very friendly, the grounds were inviting, the room looked nice, and the location was convenient. But we found the lack of privacy in our room a bit overwhelming. The entrance to our room was a sliding glass door that opened onto the walkway to another room, and immediately inside the sliding glass door was the bed. The window to our room also opened to this walkway and was adjacent to the bed. And the room next door met the walkway at an angle such that when we approached our room, we were looking directly into their room, and vice versa. Instead of being able to enjoy fresh air and the view of the gardens from our room, we kept the draperies and windows closed. If the other room had not been occupied during our stay, it would have been lovely.

A beautiful property, warm and friendly hosts and excellent breakfast

This lovely property is an oasis just steps away from the bustle of St Remy. Marc and Sarah were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was large and very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The outdoor space is generous and well designed. The breakfast is excellent, Marc’s homemade bread, yoghurt and conserves were delicious.

Great hidden garden and excellent cooking

We liked all the shared space, both indoors and outdoors, shaded and sunny. It's possible to socialise with the other guests or keep to yourself. The hosts are very friendly. There was space to store our bicycles and we could put food in the fridge. Marc gave us good tips for cycle routes and cooked us an excellent meal in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a great stay for fiancée birthday. Mark and Sarah were great, welcomed us and took special attention and care for my fiancée birthday and for our stay to be a beautiful one. The environment and ambiance were truly amazing. We are planning to go back soon. Thank you Mark and Sarah.

Magical setting, and warm, welcoming hosts.

The hospitality of our hosts was incredible. We were welcomed with a glass of wine and olives from the region— and warm conversation. After an evening of conversation about what sights we could see during our stay, Sarah created a custom map for us detailing a tour of the region. The stops along the tour were exactly what we were hoping for. Breakfast was served in a peaceful, beautifully designed garden created by Marc himself. Our room was chic and comfortable. We could not have been more pleased with our stay here.

Fantastic accomodation, excellent food and even better company......

Mark cooked a traditional dinner on my first night. It was amazing as was the home cooked bread and organic wine. It was nice to sit with other guests and Mark for dinner and feel part of an authentic Saint Remy experience. My room was spacious with a small balcony with luxurious linen and fittings. There were lots of thoughtful extras supplied. I will definitely be back with my family..... 😄😄
