Natureza, conforto e tranquilidade em Mauá

Amamos o café da manhã. Muito bem servido e gostoso. O quarto é otimo e muito confortável. O ponto alto foram a lareira e a banheira de hidromassagem. A vista para a floresta e os sons de pássaros e da água correndo no rio, nos levaram a um nível de tranquilidade e satisfação sem igual.

Houve um problema no portão da garagem que é o mesmo usado para sair entrar na pousada. Problema que pode ocorrer. O que nao achamos legal foi o estresse da proprietária com seu funcionário, como se a culpa fosse dele. Por um momento cheguei a me arrepender de ter escolhido a pousada.

O lugar é excelente. O quarto é lindo. O diferencial é o café da manhã no quarto, garante total privacidade e a possibilidade de tomar café da manhã vendo a vista, que é perfeita. A Nana, que nos recebeu é muito simpática, deu dicas boas e sempre prestativa se colocando a disposição para o que precisávamos.

Não teve nada que não gostássemos, era exatamente o que procurávamos.

Excelente café da manhã servido no quarto. A vista do quarto e poder tomar o café da manhã bem a vontade na varanda de frente para a copa das arvores. Vista fantastica e ótima interação com a natureza.

Não fui recebida. Me falaram por interfone que eu havia feito a reserva em cima da hora (várias horas antes). A pessoa que me atendeu foi super grossa, falou que era absurdo eu marcar em cima, que seria a única hóspede. Eu disse que tirasse do booking nesse caso e ela falou que não era obrigada. Eu falei que o cliente tem razão, principalmente se há disponibilidade no site e ela disse que não é bem assim não. Mandou que eu fosse pra cidade fazer hora pq não tinha quartos num tom extremamente grosseiro. Falou que iria arrumar algo pra mim de última hora, que eu q tava errada etc. Aí falei que iria reclamar no booking e ela disse que ficasse à vontade e desligou o interfone. Eu no meio da rua, procurei outra pousada e fiquei por lá.
