Apartments very spacious and clean. Very good parking facilities. A supermarket across the road, with very good prepared bread, excellent for breakfast. Good restaurant just 2min walk away. Great helpful host.... highly recommend!

Location is perfect and rooms were clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and kind. There is indoor and outdoor parking available. The garden was also good. It was a very pleasant experience.

The host was very kind and I thank her for allowing us to check in early and check out late. It really helped us. The apartment is perfect, comfortable beds, clean, spacious, kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. The location of the accommodation could not be better. You're practically on the gondola right away. The ski depot is a great bonus. We will definitely be back. I recommend it to everyone.

Overall, a perfect place! The appartment is in a very high standard, completely new, directly by the aki lift, supermarket and a good restaurant with a lovely view. The host was super friendly and very helpful. The indoor parking is a great plus as well as the ski storage place by the lift.

It an excellent apartment clean tidy l strongly recommend this apartment to be reserved for whom want to enjoy of Italian north it is good fo big family

Best apartment we've ever stayed at

Fully equipped apartment. Host really thought about everything from fully equipped kitchen to free of charge ski storage near ski lifts. Ski lifts are literally 50 meters from apartment. Amazing mountain view. Everything new, clean and modern. Very good supermarket 50 meters from apartment. If you're about skiing this apartment is perfect.

Percha as a village has ski lift, supermarket and that's about it. You can forget about apres ski or even restaurant (one place that is there was closed during our trip). If you're all about skiing and/or with small kids and you don't need to wander in the evenings it's fine, but if not you'll have to use train (which is free of charge BTW)
